Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 7, 2026) - Canada One Mining Corp. (TSXV: CONE) (OTC Pink: COMCF) (FSE: AU31) ("Canada One" or the "Company") is pleased to provide assay results of its 2025 fall exploration program conducted at the Friday Creek Zone on the Company's 100% owned Copper Dome Project, Princeton B.C. ("Copper Dome", "Project" or "Property").
Copper Dome is located in the lower Quesnel Trough porphyry belt, one of British Columbia's most prolific mining districts. The Project directly adjoins Hudbay Minerals Inc.'s producing Copper Mountain Mine to the north which hosts Proven and Probable Reserves of ~367 Mt grading 0.25% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au, and 0.69 g/t Ag.1
Multiple mineralized zones have been identified across the Copper Dome property, with historical drilling confirming high-grade Cu associated with northeast-trending structures similar to those hosting mineralization at Copper Mountain.
The field program was completed in Q4 2025 and focused on assessing and sampling historic MINFILE occurrences, with particular emphasis on the Friday Creek Zone.

Peter Berdusco, President and CEO of Canada One Mining, commented: "These sample results further validate the compelling potential of the Copper Dome Project. Copper, gold, and palladium grades returned from sampling significantly exceeded the Company's expectations, and the extent and style of alteration observed at Friday Creek are extremely encouraging. As a result, the Friday Creek target has been elevated to the Company's top exploration priority for 2026, and management believes these results will play a key role in shaping upcoming exploration programs and future drill targeting."
Mineralization Consistent with Alkalic Cu-Au Porphyry Systems
Preliminary assay results from surface rock samples indicate the presence of Cu, Au, and Pd mineralization, consistent with alkalic Cu-Au porphyry systems.
Nine rock samples from the program returned Cu grades exceeding 0.5%, including six over-limit grab samples with grades ranging from 1.132% to 13.35% Cu. These results highlight the prospective nature of the Friday Creek area.
Story Continues
Potential Importance of Platinum Group Elements (PGEs)
The program also identified significant Pd enrichment in multiple samples. Three samples returned values exceeding 1 g/t Pd, with one sample grading 18.15 g/t Pd. This observation is consistent with characteristics reported at several British Columbia mines and deposits, including Galore Creek, Mt. Milligan, Mt. Polley, New Afton/Afton, and Ajax.
Historically, PGEs in alkalic systems have received limited exploration focus. Recent advances in geological research, however, suggest that these deposits may represent a significant secondary source of PGE resources globally, underscoring the importance of considering PGEs in future exploration strategies.
Prominent Potassic Alteration Associated with Alkalic Cu-Au Porphyry Systems
Based on field observations and associated sample metadata collected during the 2025 program, Cu, Au, Ag and Pd mineralization is consistently associated with chalcopyrite-bornite sulfide assemblages, accompanied by potassic alteration characterized by K-feldspar, biotite, and quartz in hand specimens.
The Friday Creek Zone, located on the western part of the claim block, exhibits prominent potassic alteration with visible chalcopyrite and bornite mineralization. Samples from Friday Creek returned the highest Cu-Au-Pd values of the program, including Cu grades of 13.35%, 6.59%, 5.76%, 2.16%, and 1.30% Cu.
Sampling at Friday Creek covered an area of approximately 150 m by 150 m, where outcrop exposure was limited. Despite this, the zone represents a notable surface expression of bornite-rich mineralization and intense potassic alteration.
Historical Drilling at Friday Creek
In 2006 and 2007, a total of 14 drill holes were completed at the Friday Creek Zone, with an average depth of 153.8 m.2 These relatively shallow holes targeted the Cu, Au, Pd, and Pt potential of the zone and surrounding areas, which are hosted within altered volcanic and intrusive rocks of the Copper Mountain district. Historic Assessment reports suggest that seven of these holes intercepted Cu mineralization in the form of chalcopyrite stringers and Cu oxide mineralization.

(TSXV: CONE) (OTC Pink: COMCF) (FSE: AU31) ("Canada One" or the "Company") is pleased to provide a corporate update on its 100%-owned Copper Dome Project ("Copper Dome", the "Project" or the "Property") near Princeton, British Columbia.
Project Highlights
The Project directly adjoins the producing Copper Mountain Mine, owned and operated by Hudbay Minerals Inc., which reports Proven + Probable reserves at 347 Mt grading 0.25% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au, and 0.69 g/t Ag, supporting a 21-year mine life to 20451 Assay results from the Friday Creek Zone, generated from rock samples collected during the fall 2025 exploration program, will be released in April Historical rock sampling at the Friday Creek Zone returned values up to 10.65% Cu, 4.89 g/t Au and 10.40 g/t Pd and the zone displays encouraging porphyry-style alteration and mineralization Copper Dome has a five-year drill permit in hand, with the Boundary Zone identified as a key drill-target area Prior work by the Company at the Boundary Zone defined a broad 1,000 m by 1,750 m Cu-Au anomalous corridor, additional follow-up work is planned in 2026 The Combination Creek Zone hosts 5,732 m of historical drilling in 22 holes, including 20 m of 0.64% and 69 m of 0.21% Cu. The Reco target has added high-grade Au-Ag-Cu upside, including rock sample assays up to 9.96 g/t Au, 9.62 g/t Ag and 0.78% Cu, with additional follow-up work planned in 2026
Peter Berdusco, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada One commented: "The progress made at Copper Dome has been meaningful on multiple fronts. We expanded the land package, strengthened our permitting position, advanced our understanding of several priority target zones and added high-grade results that broaden the opportunity set at the Project. With proximity to Hudbay Minerals' producing Copper Mountain Mine and Kodiak Copper's MPD Project, we believe Copper Dome is becoming a more robust and better-defined exploration story. We will continue refining and advancing drill-targets and look forward to sharing our Friday Creek rock sample results in April."
Project Review
Copper Dome today stands on a larger and more compelling foundation, supported by an expanded land package, a five-year drill permit, multiple priority target areas and encouraging results that continue to broaden the Company's exploration opportunity.
The Project has expanded with the acquisition of the 4,836-hectare Copper Dome North area, and subsequent staking of Copper Dome East area, and currently totals 12,833 hectares.
Story Continues
This larger land position gives the Company broader control over a highly prospective Cu-Au setting adjacent to Hudbay Minerals' producing Copper Mountain Mine and creates more room to evaluate multiple mineralized corridors and target settings within one consolidated project area.
Copper Dome's location remains one of its defining strengths. The Project directly adjoins the mine and lies within the lower Quesnel Trough porphyry belt, one of British Columbia's best-known copper-producing regions. In addition to its geological setting, the Project benefits from year-round access and established infrastructure, supporting cost-effective exploration and efficient project advancement.
With a five-year drill permit now in hand, Canada One has the flexibility to continue refining targets and progressing the most compelling zones toward drill-ready definition.
Boundary Zone
The Boundary Zone has been identified by the Company as a primary drill-targeting focus, reflecting its location near Copper Mountain and the scale of its Cu-Au signature. Past work has outlined a broad north-northeast trending Cu-Au anomalous corridor measuring approximately 1,000 m wide by 1,750 m long. The zone remains open toward Copper Mountain to the north-northeast and to the south-southwest. Numerous mobile metal ion copper values exceed 10,000 ppb, while elevated potassium values indicate potassic alteration, a key feature commonly associated with porphyry copper systems. Taken together, these characteristics continue to support the Boundary Zone as one of the Project's most important Cu-Au targets.
Combination Creek Zone
Combination Creek provides an additional layer of technical support for the broader Copper Dome exploration model. Historical work at the zone includes 5,732 m of diamond drilling in 22 holes, with notable intercepts including 20 m of 0.64% Cu in hole PT-12-26 and 69 m of 0.21% Cu in hole PT-11-21. These results demonstrate the presence of meaningful copper mineralization within the Project area and reinforce the Company's view that Copper Dome hosts multiple target zones worthy of continued advancement.
Friday Creek Zone
At the Friday Creek Zone, the Company continues to see signs consistent with a prospective porphyry-style environment. Historical rock sampling has returned values up to 10.65% Cu, 4.89 g/t Au and 10.40 g/t Pd, while more recent field observations identified bornite and chalcopyrite associated with strong potassic alteration, including K-feldspar and biotite alteration. Canada One believes Friday Creek represents one of the more compelling target areas on the Property and an important part of the Project's evolving exploration pipeline. Assay results from the zone, generated from samples collected during the fall 2025 exploration program and submitted to ALS Geochemistry - Kamloops, will be released in April.
The Reco Target
The Reco target has introduced an important high-grade dimension to the Copper Dome story. In February 2026, the Company reported rock samples grading up to 9.96 g/t Au, 9.62 g/t Ag and 0.78% Cu, as well as 8.17 g/t Au, 6.83 g/t Ag and 1.75% Cu. Historical and recent work at the broader Haul Road area has also highlighted strong Au and Cu values, including select rock samples up to 93.3 g/t Au. These results suggest Copper Dome may host not only porphyry-related Cu-Au potential, but also structurally controlled higher-grade Au-Ag-Cu opportunities that can add further upside to the Project.
Copper Dome South
Copper Dome South tenure block covers an extension of the Nicola Group volcanic sequence, the same Triassic host rocks that contain the major Cu-Au deposits of Copper Mountain and the Ingerbelle deposit. Historical work including surface sampling, backpack drilling and a 2009 Titan-24 survey, identified broad, high-chargeability zones and anomalous geochemical values at surface are comparable in strength to anomalies overlying the active Copper Mountain pits, suggesting a potential buried mineral system continuing southward onto the Property.
Field Work
Canada One's recent fieldwork has also helped strengthen the Project technically. During the 2025 Phase 2 program, crews established 53 field stations across the Property and collected 29 rock samples, while observing copper sulphides including bornite and chalcopyrite in several areas. This work has improved the Company's geological context across the Property and is helping refine priorities for the next stage of exploration. At Reco a larger-scale prospecting, mapping and sampling program is planned in 2026 to better define the extent and controls of mineralization.

Reco Target Sampling
In the fall of 2025, the geological team visited the Reco target, a previously known showing, and established seven new geological stations and collected four fresh rock samples (C0066668-C0066671). The two highest-grade samples collected from Reco were C0066670 (9.96 g/t Au, 9.62 g/t Ag, 0.78% Cu) and C0066671 (8.17 g/t Au, 6.83 g/t Ag, 1.75% Cu). Both samples returned elevated iron values, with sample C0066670 recording the highest iron content of the 2025 program at 12.75% Fe, reflecting intense iron oxide alteration and the potential weathering of significant sulphide mineralization at the target.
Reco is located approximately 1.8 km SSE of the Friday Creek potassic zone. Assay results from Friday Creek, also collected during the fall 2025 program, are pending release.
Peter Berdusco, President and CEO of Canada One, commented: "The presence of high-grade gold at Reco, part of the Copper Dome Project, significantly strengthens Canada One's exploration thesis. The gold target sits strategically between our primary porphyry targets at Copper Dome, and the presence of near-surface gold is particularly promising given how porphyry systems often generate economically meaningful flanking gold zones—enhancing both the district-scale potential and the strategic value of our project portfolio."
Significance of Results
Results from the Reco target meaningfully expands the Copper Dome opportunity from a "copper-porphyry only" story into a broader multi-commodity mineral system that also includes a compelling high-grade, potentially near-surface, gold-silver-copper target. The standout grab samples are particularly encouraging, as such grades can signal a robust hydrothermal event capable of generating economically meaningful high-grade shoots on the margins of, or structurally linked to, porphyry centers.
Story Continues
Strategically, Reco's location between key porphyry targets raises the possibility that this gold-bearing structure could represent a flanking zone or structurally focused expression of the same district-scale system, improving drill targeting and increasing the project's potential value by adding higher-grade upside and development optionality beyond bulk-tonnage porphyry copper alone.
While rock samples are inherently selective and not necessarily representative of average grade, results of this tenor strongly justify systematic follow-up to define continuity, true width, and controls on mineralization.
Reco Planned Follow-up
Building on these promising results, the company plans to advance exploration at the target in 2026 through a larger-scale prospecting and mapping program. Additional rock sampling will help better define the extent of known mineralization, while detailed structural mapping will support interpretation of potential gold sources as they relate to the surrounding porphyry targets.
Geological Discussion
Reco was investigated in 2025 to locate and accurately geo reference historical workings and mineral showings. According to the MINFILE record, the target was explored as early as 1907, when a 167-metre-long adit was driven beneath vein outcrops between 1907 and 1909.
Reco is hosted within fine-grained volcanic and volcano sedimentary rocks of the Nicola Group, including andesite and cherty tuffs. Intense silicification was documented, along with strong iron oxidation and sericitization of the host rocks. Pyrite and copper oxide minerals are common, with localized development of chalcopyrite stringers. The observed alteration assemblage and sulphide mineralogy are consistent with a phyllic alteration domain.
Reco consists of a caved historical adit, with extensive exposure of a volcanic wall rock resulting from historical manual scree removal. Mineralization occurs as intensely oxidized, sulphidic calcite vein material hosted within a shear zone approximately 2-3 m wide. The vein and shear zone are steeply dipping and strike NE-SW. Structural measurements collected in 2025 indicate an orientation of 210°/71°, while historical measurements report orientations of 005°/78° and 038°/80°. The vein has been traced on surface for approximately 120 m and ranges from 0.1 to 1.8 m in width.
The vein is interpreted to have infilled a brittle fault zone, as evidenced by shattered host rock and the presence of gouge material adjacent to the vein. Intense supergene alteration of the wall rock is expressed as pervasive goethite and jarosite development at the target.

About The Copper Dome Project
Copper Dome is located in the lower Quesnel Trough porphyry belt, one of British Columbia's most prolific mining districts. The Project directly adjoins Hudbay Minerals Inc.'s producing Copper Mountain Mine to the north, which the company reports as having Proven and Probable Reserves of ~367 Mt at 0.25 % Cu, 0.12 g/t Au, and 0.69 g/t Ag (Hudbay Minerals Inc., 2023)*. Multiple mineralized zones have been identified across the Property, with historical drilling confirming high-grade copper associated with northeast-trending structures similar to those hosting mineralization at Copper Mountain.
The technical and scientific information regarding the adjacent Copper Mountain Mine is sourced from Hudbay Minerals Inc.'s published reports. Mineralization at Copper Mountain should not be considered indicative of the mineralization on the Copper Dome Project.
Copper Dome benefits from excellent infrastructure, enabling year-round access, cost-efficient exploration, and a stable, low-risk jurisdiction.
