Fusion Point Capital LLC
Introduction
Fusion Point Capital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. This applies to all users of our website and software platform (the “Service”).
What We Collect
We collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide our services.
We may collect:
- Email address: for account login, service notifications, and communication
- Authentication identifiers: an account ID and an OAuth subject from your identity provider (we use NextAuth with Auth0 / Google / GitHub as available providers) so we can recognise you on return visits
- Basic usage data: like IP address, browser type, and session activity (for performance and security purposes)
- Application state: your watchlists, saved screens, scan mutes, and chart preferences — all scoped to your account ID in our database
We do not collect:
- Credit card numbers or billing details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We only ever see the Stripe customer ID and the active subscription status.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide access to the software and subscription features
- Communicate important updates or technical issues
- Improve the functionality and security of our platform
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party vendors to operate parts of our service, including:
- Stripe for payment processing and billing (you can read their policy at https://stripe.com/privacy)
- Auth0 / NextAuth providers for authentication. The identity provider you choose at sign-up will see only the data you authorise during the OAuth consent screen — typically your email address and provider account ID.
- MongoDB Atlas for primary data storage, and Redis for session / entitlement caching. Both are run in our own cloud accounts and not shared with other operators.
- Hosting, CDN, and security services
These services have access only to the data necessary for their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- A copy of the personal data we have on file
- Deletion of your personal data
- Correction of inaccurate information
To make a request, email us at: fusionpointcapital@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
GDPR & CCPA Opt-Out
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you have additional rights under local privacy law — including the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration and have not done so in the prior 12 months. You can still exercise an opt-out from any future sale by emailing fusionpointcapital@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”.
If you believe we have not handled a request lawfully, EEA/UK residents may complain to their local supervisory authority; California residents may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Your Content and Our Rights
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any part of our software, visualizations, or content without our explicit written consent.
Fusion Point Capital LLC reserves the right to:
- Revoke access to the platform at any time for violations of our Terms of Use
- Limit or withhold access to proprietary features, internal strategies, or experimental tools
- Use aggregated, non-personal usage data to improve our service
- Decline to offer service to individuals or entities at our sole discretion
Data Retention
We retain your account profile and usage history in MongoDB for as long as your account is active. Application state (watchlists, saved screens, scan mutes, preferences) is retained until you delete the corresponding record or request account deletion.
Stripe billing records (invoices, payment status, subscription history) are retained by Stripe for the period required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law, typically seven years. We retain the projection of your subscription status (active / trialing / canceled) for the same period for audit purposes.
Anonymized analytics events (page views, errors) are retained for up to 24 months and cannot be tied back to your account.
On a verified deletion request we remove your account profile, watchlists, saved screens, and mutes within 30 days. Billing history retained for legal purposes is replaced with the customer ID only.
Security
We use modern security practices, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for our MongoDB Atlas cluster, scoped IAM roles, and short-lived signed session tokens. However, no system is 100% secure, and you should protect your own login credentials and device access.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform on your next sign-in, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
